Governance

The SRMCDT is governed through the Operating Model and the Amendment and Restatement Agreement which are guiding documents for the Trustees on the Day-to-Day operations of the Trust. The SRMCDT is audited annually and the signed audited Financial Statements for 2020 and 2021 are a reflection of how the finances of the Trust are managed.
