Mr. Grant Michael Stuart (50)

BSc Chemistry and Chemical Sciences, Wits University; and a Post Graduate qualification in Business Administration, Wits Business School.
Grant joined Sibanye-Stillwater in 2013 and is currently Global Head of the Sibanye Stillwater’s recycling operations, one of the world’s largest producers of PGMs recycled from spent automotive catalytic converters. The Columbus Metallurgical Complex smelting facility and base metal refinery is situated between the Stillwater mine and the town of Billings, Montana. The facility is owned and operated by Sibanye Stillwater.
Prior to the Global role, Grant was Senior Vice President-Environment, focusing on Sibanye-Stillwater’s sustainability agenda. Prior to his SVP role, Grant was the Vice President for the West Rand Tailings Retreatment Project (WRTRP) which involved the recycling of the vast quantity of tailings material scattered over the West Rand in Johannesburg South Africa, for the economic extraction of gold and uranium.
In 2007 he was appointed as Lead on the Cooke Uranium Project for Harmony Gold. In this role within Harmony, he led the creation of Rand Uranium and subsequently joined Rand Uranium as the Corporate Development Executive.
Prior to joining Harmony, Grant was a Senior Manager within the strategy and innovation practice at Deloitte. His management consulting experience spanned 10 years in a wide range of industries. In 2011, he joined Gold One as Head of Investor Relations. Additionally, he managed the Joint Venture that was established between Gold Fields and Gold One to exploit the vast on surface tailings opportunities.
Ms. Potsi Bobes Hernandez (42)

Potsi is an Independent Trustee of the SRMCDT from 07 April 2022. Her career in commercial property finance started at ABSA CIB before joining Broll Property Group where she spent over 4 years as an Account Manager and Executive Assistant in the Corporate Real Estate Services team. She has been in the employ of the IDC for over a decade as a senior transactor , dealing with transactions across manufacturing; metals, transport, and machinery products; tourism; textiles; healthcare; infrastructure; aviation; telecommunication and ICT sectors. Potsi was also Grindrod’s national commercial manager, a portfolio which exposed her to rail logistics across the continent.
Board Membership: Potsi holds directorships at Green Valley Nuts (Pty) Ltd, where she is also the Audit and Risk Committee Chairperson, and Sheraton Textiles (Pty) Ltd.

Ratanang is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a Trustee of the SRMCDT from 7 April 2022. He brings to the SRMCDT, vast experience as a former trustee of various community trusts; director of private companies; current and former member of Audit and Risk; Performance and Audit Committees of various organs of State and interpretation and understanding of the PFMA, MFMA, Public Services Act and its Regulations and all other related legislations. Ratanang has also served as a Temporary Inspector of Financial Institutions on behalf of the South African Reserve Bank and an Alternate Chairperson of the Premier Soccer League of South Africa’s Disciplinary Committee. Previous employment includes the National Prosecuting Authority where he was appointed to the following positions: Public Prosecutor, Control Prosecutor and Junior State Advocate. He left public service to take up a position as Senior State Advocate in the Cape Town office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. He was honoured with the Best Prosecutor of the Year Award in Gauteng Province in 2021.
Mr. Tsatsi George Ramagaga (49)

Tsatsi was appointed a Trustee on 07 April 2022. A qualified Civil Engineer by profession and a seasoned Local Government administrator and visionary strategist , Tsatsi has over 25 years extensive experience within the Engineering , Built Environment, and Local Government sphere. He has previously worked as a Manager for Murray & Roberts Civil Construction in the SADC region for eight years.
Driven by a passion to improve the quality of people’s lives, he is currently serving as a Municipal Manager. His sole mandate is to ensure the delivery of basic services such as water, sanitation, electricity, roads and refuse removal in an effective, efficient, and sustainable manner to communities.
Prior to joining SRMCDT , Tsatsi served as Trustee on the Board of Limpopo based Godisang Thabazimbi Community Development Trust for three years.
Mr. Themba George Nkosi (50)

Themba joined Sibanye-Stillwater in July 2016. He was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer at Sibanye-Stillwater from May 2022. Previously, he occupied the positions of Chief Social Performance Officer with the primary focus on South Africa to Group Leadership for ESG and sustainability and Executive Vice President: Human Capital for the Group.
Themba has more than 25 years’ experience across various industries in human resources, corporate affairs, communication, stakeholder management, ESG and sustainability. Prior to joining Sibanye-Stillwater, he was Head: Human Resources, Transformation and Corporate Communications at ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited (ArcelorMittal) from June 2009 to June 2016. A seasoned Senior Manager, Themba has occupied several senior positions at ArcelorMittal and has been a Human Resources Director for sub-Saharan Africa at PepsiCo Incorporated.

Kgomotso is a legal professional with experience across various areas of the law. She currently serves as the Manager: Legal Services within the Legal and Compliance division for Sibanye-Stillwater. Kgomotso has over 10 years’ experience in the Corporate Sector and over 8 years’ experience in mining specifically. She currently serves as a Trustee on various Trusts.
